Philippine Airlines launched a sale for the opening of its Clark to San Vicente, Palawan route. Luckily, my friends and I were able to score pretty good deals..... San Vicente, Palawan is right in between El Nido and Puerto Princesa. So if your are DIY-ing El Nido and Puerto Princesa, I highly advise you drop by San Vicente and visit the longest beach in the Philippines!!! It was a small plane of Philippine Airlines and we flew over the beautiful Mount Arayat! It was such a nice view!!!

Nueva Ecija is one of the places I have not visited yet. Well, we always pass by Nueva Ecija everytime we travel north, but to stay in the place atleast for a day is the goal of this trip. One of the famous spots in Nueva Ecija is the Minalungao National Park. It has a river with a beautiful white rock formation backdrop. Instead traveling via NLEX, we opted to go through the East Bulacan road which is more accessible to us coming from Marilao, Bulacan. The green scenery is refreshing being our first time to travel east Bulacan road. The roads are well-paved, no wonder we have seen bikers enjoying in this area. Here's our video for this trip! May of this year, 2019, is when we visited the Kaliraya Surf Kamp. Reason for this is that I wanted the kids to experience camping outdoors overnight. Many times they've tried camping in our house and I want them to feel what it's like sleeping under the trees and stars. This place is perfect if you want to have a quiet and peaceful time, and totally disconnect from the busy world outside. There is no electricity here. BOHOL How are you awesome people?!  Let me share our Bohol trip that happened on November 2018.... I know... delayed again.. but what the heck.... We stayed for 3 Days and 2 Nights in the beautiful land of Bohol.. And I must say it is one of our favorite trips because aside from the beautiful places, we really enjoyed motorcycling around!!!!! I had to plan carefully our tour because we only had very limited time. Our arrival time in Tagbilaran Airport is around past 2PM and so we had to carefully choose what to do afterwards.....

We went for a mid-week summer getaway last March 14-15 2017. I wanted to treat my family before the craziness of the summer starts and I thought of Canyon Cove as the perfect place because this resort is kid-friendly, senior friendly, basically everything friendly! I bought 2 vouchers from Metrodeal. It says overnight stay for 4 for only 2999 on weekdays. Now, be careful of the terms, you gotta read it carefully. 4 means 2 adults and 2 kids. In most hotels, 2 kids are already free. And if you say good for 4, it means 4 adults. What I am trying to say is, when purchasing deals online, always read the terms before purchasing because the ad could be tricky sometimes. Okay. Going back to Canyon Cove.

Okay. I know this travel happened so loonnggg ago.  I never thought I'd put this adventure out there. You see, days after this trip, my mom passed away. So, I never had the time to journal then eventually lost my interest. But I AM BACK!!! I guess, this is now timely since Boracay will re-open soon after it's rehabilitation period is over. This is a two-part trip.. Manila to Boracay, then Boracay to Roxas. Initially, I just wanted to go back to Boracay because, well, it's been a long time since my family visite - 2011. But then Roxas lingered in my mind because.... I love seafoods! And where else to go splurge? In the the Seafood Capital of the Philippines -  ROXAS!!!! It a very good thing Roxas is just 2 hours away from Kalibo, that's why I thought, why not hit two birds with one stone? 😜

I was so excited to visit Davao because of the postive things I've heard - how clean, how tight they are in implementing traffic rules, how disciplined the people are and most especially how safe the city is. We've got only 3 days to explore Davao. We had to pick three places - City tour on our first day, Samal on our second day and Eden Park on our third day. We arrived in Davao City via Cebu Pacific. It was a two-hour plane ride from NAIA Terminal 3 in Manila. Upon arrival, instead of taking a cab, we walked towards the airport's exit leading to the highway. So, when you exit the airport building, walk your way to the right side where you will see a sidewalk from afar with a long shed. Follow that shed as it leads to the airport's gate and the highway.
