Singapore - Kuala Lumpur

Singapore - Kuala Lumpur
Date: September 17-21

📌 Day 1: Clark - Singapore; CebuPacific Departure 🛫 12:15PM; Arrival 🛬 4:00PM

🔹We made sure to be at Robinson's Galleria Ortigas before 9AM to catch a P2P bus to Clark Airport. Fare: 300 pesos. Travel time: 1.5 hours
🔹 In the airport, we paid 600 pesos terminal fee for international flights plus travel tax around 1,600 (i forgot the exact amount)
🔹 We landed in Terminal 4 of Changi Airport. Of course we didn't miss the Jewel at Terminal 2, in which we took a bus going there.
🔹 After Jewel, went straight to the train station, bought a Singapore tourist pass (30 SGD) but refunded 10 SGD upon returning of the ticket. This Singapore tourist pass allowed us for an unlimited basic ride on their trains and buses (check out their website)
🔹 We met our friend in Aljunied and ate at some eatery for 3 SGD. Checked in to our hotel.
🔹 Then proceeded to Gardens by the Bay at night to watch the dancing light show of giant trees for around 15 minutes. Better find a nice spot to lay down while watching the lights show.

📌 Day 2--

🔹 Ate at an eatery near our hotel. Breakfast is noodle soup for 4.5 SGD + Coffee for around 1.50 SGD. Yummy! 🍜☕️
🔹 Morning: We headed onto Merlion. This is where we got lost. Because it was the F1 Race season, buses detoured. When we couldn't keep up with the bus stations (because we only relied on a screenshot of bus terminals.. and yes we didn't get internet data).. we decided to get off somewhere and walked going to Merlion. It probably took 2 hours of walking (with sight seeing and picture taking). We were hell tired. And when we finally got to Merlion, we were just more relieved than happy to see the symbolic figure. Grabeng lakad for a 5 minute of picture taking.
🔹 Around lunch time, we went to Universal Studios and spent the whole afternoon there. Ticket was bought through Klook for 2,665 pesos each.
🔹 Universal Studios. Parang pinasosyal na Enchanted Kingdom. 🤣 We didn't get to ride all the rides there though could be fun if we had. Super init that day, it was exhausting. We ate at this Dinosaur restaurant that was so pricey. I didn't enjoy the food. The resto, though super big but is a bit old.
🔹 We left at around 5PM which is just right because that day USS closed at 6PM.
🔹 Then we went to Chinatown to buy pasalubong. It's good that some stores have credit card available. 😁😁 Swipe lang ng swipe!

📌 Day 3-- Time to leave Singapore and head onto Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
🔹 Booked bus tickets online the previous day. Fare 1,165.50 for a deluxe bus. Travel time around 4Hrs.
🔹 Carrying our super heavy bag, we took a bus then walked going to Golden Mile Complex. There's free wifi in the bus waiting area!
🔹 I like the bus, there is enough space for our leg and to incline the back of our seat. There are USB ports to to charge gadgets. What I didn't like is the smell. It smells old.
🔹 We passed through the immigration smoothly until we reached Kuala Lumpur.
🔹 Accommodation is at Jalan Imbi, which is at at the city center. Thank goodness we only had to walk towards our accommodation for almost 1KM.
🔹 We checked in, had dinner then that night we went on to enjoy our Hop On/Hop Off City Night Tour via Klook for 598 pesos each.
📌 Day 4 -- Last day. We stayed at the hotel until check out. Then after checking out, we just roamed around the city for the last time. We left the city at 8PM. Booked a grab taxi, then after an hour, we were already at the Airport for our 1:40AM flight to Manila.
