San Vicente, Palawan

Image
Philippine Airlines launched a sale for the opening of its Clark to San Vicente, Palawan route. Luckily, my friends and I were able to score pretty good deals..... San Vicente, Palawan is right in between El Nido and Puerto Princesa. So if your are DIY-ing El Nido and Puerto Princesa, I highly advise you drop by San Vicente and visit the longest beach in the Philippines!!! It was a small plane of Philippine Airlines and we flew over the beautiful Mount Arayat! It was such a nice view!!!

A day trip to Minalungao National Park

Image
Nueva Ecija is one of the places I have not visited yet. Well, we always pass by Nueva Ecija everytime we travel north, but to stay in the place atleast for a day is the goal of this trip. One of the famous spots in Nueva Ecija is the Minalungao National Park. It has a river with a beautiful white rock formation backdrop. Instead traveling via NLEX, we opted to go through the East Bulacan road which is more accessible to us coming from Marilao, Bulacan. The green scenery is refreshing being our first time to travel east Bulacan road. The roads are well-paved, no wonder we have seen bikers enjoying in this area. Here's our video for this trip! We only spent half a day here.. It was the weekend of the holy week when we went here and so it was packed as freak! Better visit during off peak season if you hate the crowd. After lunch, we headed to Cabanatuan City where we stayed for a night at Microtel Inn Cabanatuan. Our kids definitely enjoyed the pool in Microtel. The

Overnight Camping by the Lake at Kaliraya Surf Kamp

May of this year, 2019, is when we visited the Kaliraya Surf Kamp. Reason for this is that I wanted the kids to experience camping outdoors overnight. Many times they've tried camping in our house and I want them to feel what it's like sleeping under the trees and stars. This place is perfect if you want to have a quiet and peaceful time, and totally disconnect from the busy world outside. There is no electricity here. At night, there are only solar lights and the stars. :) Fees (as of May 2019) Entrance Fee: 250 per person Tent fee: 200 small tent / 300 pesos medium tent Car parking fee: 200 pesos per night Bonfire: 400 pesos Kayak: 400 per hour Things to note: - place is waze-able - reservation is a must. Contact them thru their facebook (just sent them a message like what we did) or their cellphone number (also found in their facebook account) - pitch at the left side where there are more trees - it gets chilly at night - careful with the big ants - bring o

BOHOL How are you awesome people?!  Let me share our Bohol trip that happened on November 2018.... I know... delayed again.. but what the heck.... We stayed for 3 Days and 2 Nights in the beautiful land of Bohol.. And I must say it is one of our favorite trips because aside from the beautiful places, we really enjoyed motorcycling around!!!!! I had to plan carefully our tour because we only had very limited time. Our arrival time in Tagbilaran Airport is around past 2PM and so we had to carefully choose what to do afterwards.....
