Iloilo : Itinerary & Expenses

Let me share our itinerary and expenses for this trip.

Itinerary:

Day 1 -

12:45 PM - Arrival in Iloilo International Airport
3:00 PM - Checked in at Iloilo Midtown Hotel
4:30 PM - 5:30 PM - left Super in Iloilo Market and arrived in Miag-ao church
5:30 PM - 6:00 PM - Wandered around the vicinity of Miag-ao church
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM - left Miag-Ao church and arrived in Iloilo town proper.

Day 2 -

8:15 AM - 8:40 AM - Checked out from Iloilo Midtown Hotel and arrival in Tagbak terminal
9:15 AM - 11:40 AM - Departure from Tagbak terminal and arrival in Estancia terminal via a Van
11:40 AM - 1:00 PM - Free time. Lunch in Poan Beach Resort. Joel's staff picked us up at 1pm and
brought us to the fishing port
2:00 PM - 4:15 PM - Travel from Estancia to Gigantes Norte via St Michael Boat

Day 3 -

6:00 AM - 7:00 AM - Parola tour
7:00 AM - 8:00 AM - Breakfast at the resort
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM - Caving
9:00 AM - 3:00 PM - Island hopping

Day 4 -

8:30 AM - Checked out from Gigantes Hideaway Resort
9:30 AM - 11:30 AM - Travel from Gigantes Norte to Estancia port via St Michael boat
11:30 AM - 12:30 PM - Lunch and bought pasalubong at the market
12:30 PM - 2:30 PM - Travel from Estancia terminal to Tagbak terminal via a Van
2:30 PM - 4:00 PM - Ate la paz batchoy at Tagbak terminal. Travel from tagbak terminal
to SM City
4:00 PM - Travel from SM City to Airport via a Van.
5:45 PM - Departure from Iloilo International Airport

There is no standard rate for tour guides. They are not the typical tour guides whom you'll only see during the tour. Tour guides in Gigantes Hideaway Resort takes care of their guests and make sure to attend to their needs. Like preparing for the tours, bring food to the table, buy whatever the guests wants. They don't sleep until their guests are asleep!!! So, its up to the guests to give a little something to them.. :)
